Рецепт The 12 Recipes of Christmas… Oven Baked Onion Rings with Cumin Dipping Sauce
Here we are on the fifth day of the 12 recipes of Christmas and sharing my golden rings recipe, or shall I say golden onion rings…
First time for everting, and this is my first time preparing onion rings and decided to step out of my comfort zone and use the spices that never even get look at: cumin, paprika and coriander. Used them all together for a fun afternoon snack. For the dipping sauce play with it as you like. I love the combination of cumin and lemon juice, but you can add more tabasco for a bit more of a zing… Have fun with it but add little at the time.
I decided to bake the onion rings instead of deep frying them. I did however fried a couple and they were yummy too. Is up to you which way you wan to go with this recipe: baking or deep frying.
