Рецепт Thatta Payir (Cowpea) Vadai
Ingredients:
- White Thatta Payir (Cowpeas) - 1 cup
- Ginger - 1/4 inch piece, peeled
- Green Chillies - 4
- Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Mint Leaves - few
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Oil as required
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Soak the cowpeas for 6 hours and drain well.
2. Grind together with salt, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger and mint leaves.
3. Add chopped onions and mix well.
4. Shape into small-medium vadas.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan.
6. Fry the vadas till golden brown.
7. Remove and serve.
