- 2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 8 ounces processed cheese (ie Velveeta)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup dried potato flakes
