1 box spice cake mix 1 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix

3 Large eggs 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. pecans, minced

1. Put all but pecans in a mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed for 5 min. Add in pecans last.
