Рецепт Thai Turkey Burgers
The Omnivore doesn’t like turkey burgers. Just ask him.
So, surely, SURELY, this meal wasn’t made of turkey burgers. He, after all, liked this hamburger so much that he declared it must be a grilling tradition. So it can’t be a turkey burger.
- One Year Ago: Guacamole Salad
- Two Years Ago: Black Bean and Corn Creamchiladas
- Thai turkey burgers ( as seen on Cara’s Cravings, adapted from A Good Appetite)
- Ingredients
- 8oz ground turkey
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1 large scallion, minced
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- freshly ground salt & pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
Combine burger ingredients a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
Heat a grill over medium-high heat.
Form the turkey mixture into two patties.
Grill for about 5 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve on buns.
