Thai Pork With Garlic And Black Pepper

Ингредиенты

  • 3 tbsp. peanut or possibly vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp. peeled & finely minced garlic
  • 1 pound boneless pork roast, butt or possibly loin, very thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Thai fish sauce or possibly 2 tbsp. soy sauce + 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grnd black pepper or possibly more if you like
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh coriander stems (opt.)

Инструкции

  1. Heat a wok or possibly pan and add in the oil. Saute/fry the garlic for a moment and add in the pork. Cook for 3 to 5 min (on medium heat) and then add in the remaining ingredients. Stir for 2 min and serve with rice.
