This is a great recipe for chicken, or any white fish. It also works on salads, veggies, and rice.

If you want a thicker sauce, simply add more peanut butter.

1 cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup sesame oil

¼ cup vegetable oil

½ cup honey

½ cup pineapple juice

¼ cup coconut milk

1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon black and regular sesame seeds

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chives

Place all the ingredients except the chives in a bowl, mix with a whisk. Top with chives.
