Ингредиенты

1 pound flowering cabbage, trimmed 4 ounce. beef sirloin, cut into strips 2 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. oyster sauce

4 tbsp. water 2 cloves garlic, minced Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cabbage till tender. Transfer the cabbage to a hot serving plate.
2. Heat oil in a skillet and add in the beef and garlic. Add in the oyster sauce and water. Adjust seasoning and pour over the cooked flowering cabbage.
