%20which%20can%20offer%20significant%20savings%20compared%20to%20the%20main%20menu.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20main%20menu%20was%20filled%20with%20ample%20choices%20and%20it%20took%20Todd%20and%20I%20quite%20a%20while%20to%20make%20up%20our%20minds.%20%20We%20opted%20to%20eat%20from%20the%20main%20menu%20because%20there%20was%20only%20two%20of%20us,%20but%20I%20can%20see%20where%20the%20special%20offer%20menu%20would%20be%20very%20family%20friendly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20starters%20Todd%20chose%20to%20have%20Jack%20Daniels%20Cajun%20Battered%20Shrimp%20which%20was%20%C2%A34.99.%20%20For%20that%20price%20%20he%20got%20six%20jumbo%20battered%20shrimps%20on%20a%20bed%20of%20lettuce,%20served%20with%20a%20lemon%20wedge%20and%20their%20signature%20%20Jack%20Daniel's%20Smoky%20Glaze%20for%20dipping.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere%20he%20is%20enjoying%20it.%20%20He%20thought%20it%20was%20quite%20delicious.%20%20He%20loved%20the%20glaze.%20%20We%20hardly%20ever%20have%20starters%20when%20we%20eat%20out%20so%20this%20was%20a%20real%20treat%20for%20him.%20The%20shrimp%20was%20crisp,%20well%20cooked%20and%20a%20nice%20size%20and%20the%20glaze%20went%20very%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20had%20the%20boneless%20Chicken%20Wings,%20priced%20also%20at%20%C2%A34.99.%20%20Crispy%20coated%20chicken%20breast%20chunks%20tossed%20in%20Franks%20Hot%20sauce%20and%20served%20with%20blue%20cheese%20for%20dipping.%20%20%20These%20were%20delicious,%20but%20they%20were%20hot!%20%20Oh%20baby,%20was%20I%20ever%20grateful%20for%20their%20bottomless%20soft%20drink%20service!%20%20Yep,%20free%20refills%20on%20soft%20drinks%20and%20I%20needed%20a%20refill%20after%20these.%20%20%20They%20were%20fabulous,%20but%20very%20very%20hot.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20tried%20really%20hard%20to%20talk%20Todd%20around%20to%20ordering%20something%20different%20for%20his%20main%20meal,%20but%20he%20was%20really%20set%20on%20having%20a%20steak.%20%20He%20chose%20the%2012%20ounce%20rib%20eye,%20choosing%20to%20have%20a%20wild%20mushroom%20sauce%20with%20his,%20mixed%20vegetables%20and%20cheesy%20mash.%20(%C2%A317.49).%20%20Over%20all%20he%20was%20quite%20pleased%20with%20his%20steak.%20It%20was%20done%20exactly%20how%20he%20wanted%20it.%20%20It%20was%20HUGE.%20%20He%20couldn't%20eat%20it%20all.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20ordered%20the%207%20ounce%20Fillet%20Steak,%20served%20with%20wild%20mushroom%20sauce,%20crispy%20fries%20and%20a%20house%20salad%20with%20blue%20cheese%20dressing%20(%C2%A319.49)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20thought%20the%20presentation%20was%20a%20bit%20lacking.%20%20When%20you%20spend%20almost%20%C2%A320%20on%20a%20steak%20dinner,%20a%20bit%20of%20garnish%20would%20be%20a%20nice%20addition,%20but%20overall%20the%20steak%20was%20done%20exactly%20as%20I%20wanted%20it%20(rare)%20and%20the%20salad%20was%20huge.%20%20I%20was%20stuffed%20when%20I%20was%20only%20halfway%20through%20the%20steak.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENeedless%20to%20say%20neither%20one%20of%20us%20had%20any%20room%20for%20any%20pudding,%20but%20apparently%20they%20do%20%20great%20puddings%20or%20so%20I%20hear.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20took%20our%20leftover%20steak%20home%20for%20Mitzie%20to%20enjoy.%20%20She%20is%20one%20pampered%20pooch%20for%20sure.%20%20She%20really%20enjoyed%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20would%20be%20a%20great%20place%20to%20take%20your%20mum%20on%20Mother's%20Day,%20although%20I%20would%20book%20in%20advance%20if%20possible%20as%20I%20am%20sure%20that%20with%20food%20and%20service%20this%20good,%20it%20will%20be%20a%20hopping%20place%20on%20the%20day!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20I%20liked:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20wide%20menu%20with%20something%20to%20pretty%20much%20suit%20every%20taste,%20as%20well%20as%20a%20wide%20selection%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eon%20their%20special%20offer%20menu.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20children's%20menu%20for%20kiddies%20under%20ten.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFree%20refills%20on%20soft%20drinks.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOur%20steaks%20were%20cooked%20to%20perfection.%20%20(This%20is%20a%20real%20bonus%20with%20me%20as%20it%20only%20ever%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Erarely%20happens.%20%20Most%20times%20my%20steak%20ends%20up%20overdone.)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPleasant%20serving%20staff.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EClean%20and%20well%20laid%20out.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMusic%20at%20the%20right%20tempo%20and%20volume%20for%20an%20enjoyable%20dining%20experience.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENegatives:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20difficult%20to%20find.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20entrees%20could%20have%20benefited%20looks-wise%20with%20some%20garnish.%20%20%20(I%20am%20being%20really%20picky%20here.)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EReally.%20%20I%20could%20not%20fault%20it.%20%20This%20was%20our%20first%20time%20eating%20at%20TGI%20Friday's.%20We%20both%20really%20enjoyed%20our%20experience%20and%20we%20would%20go%20again.%20%20I%20would%20love,%20LOVE%20to%20try%20the%20ribs.%20%20They%20looked%20fabulous.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDisclaimer:%20%20I%20was%20given%20%C2%A350%20in%20vouchers%20to%20use%20towards%20our%20meal.%20%20Irregardless%20of%20this%20any%20and%20all%20opinions%20are%20my%20own.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
