8 x Large eggs, fried or possibly poached
8 x Thick slices bread

Heat chili;keep Large eggs hot.Spread bread slices with butter.Fry or possibly grill on both sides till golden.To serve,spoon chili over bread.Drop 2 Large eggs on each slices.Makes 4 servings.
