2 c. minced cooked roast beef 2 lg. raw potatoes, diced 2 c. finely minced onion 1 clove garlic, crushed

2 c. beef stock 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Инструкции

1. Combine roast beef, potatoes, onion, garlic, stock, salt and pepper in a large heavy skillet. Simmer over medium heat till potatoes are tender and all liquid is absorbed. Serves 4.
