Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lbs. cabbage
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Инструкции

  1. Chop or possibly shred cabbage and place in bowl with finely minced onion and pepper. Sprinkle with sugar and toss lightly to blend.
  2. Put together all this in saucepan. Bring to boil and pour over cabbage mix. Let set for at least 4 hrs.
