Ингредиенты

  • 4 x Steak, Rib-eye
  •     RUB
  • 1 Tbsp. Black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Kosher (coarse) salt
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Onion pwdr
  •     SAUCE
  • 1/2 c. Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar, dark
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, coarsely grnd

Инструкции

  1. Crush the peppercorns and combine with all remaining ingredients.
  2. Rub into meat on both sides.
  3. Apply extra virgin olive oil to both sides of the meat.
  4. Grill over high direct heat for about 7-10 min.
  5. Make the sauce in a small saucepan, add in sufficient water to get your desired consistency.
  6. Simmer for 10 min and serve hot with steaks.
