1 - 16oz bottle of zesty italian dressing

1 can field peas, drained (I remove the snap peas)

1 can of black-eyed peas with jalapenos, drained ( I remove the jalapenos)

2-3 small tomatos seeded and chopped

1/2 - 1 green pepper chopped

1/2 large red onion chopped

4-5 large avocaos

Mix all ingredients except for avocados in a large mixing bowl or storage container and refrigerate at least overnight. Just before serving, chop avocados and mix in to ingredients that marinated overnight.

Serve with torilla chips
