  • 1 lb Sirloin steak
  • 2/3 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. White wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Grnd ginger
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped

Инструкции

  1. Cut steak into 3/4-inch cubes. Combine other ingredients and put in a dish with a cover. Add in steak cubes and marinate for at least 30 to 40 min.
  2. Spear meat with fondue fork and cook in warm oil till as done as desired.
  3. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
