Ингредиенты

  • 2 lrg Sirloin steaks, 1 inch thick
  • 3 lb Beef tenderloin, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. Shredded fresh ginger root
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp MSG
  • 1/2 c. Peach nectar
  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce

Инструкции

  1. Marinate whole steaks or possibly tenderloin cubes in a glass or possibly ceramic container w/ Teriyaki Sauce. (Don't use aluminum or possibly it will impart a metallic taste.) Cover & chill 8-10 hours., turning the meat occasionally.
  2. Strain the sauce Charcoal grill, broil or possibly pan-fry the steaks (or possibly thread cubes of meat on a skewer & grill) till the desired degree of rareness has been achieved. Hot the sauce & serve it over the steaks. SAUCE: Combine all ingredients for sauce. Hot before serving.
