Teriyaki Sauce
We are HUGE fans of teriyaki with chicken, so when I saw this recipe at Double Dipped Life I thought I had to try it with chicken on the grill, and boy did it turn out MOIST! And the fact that I had all the ingredients on hand was a bonus. This is our new go-to teriyaki sauce and since we go through so much of it, I will probably save money over the next decade, right?
We used this handy-dandy grill gadget and it worked awesome!! **Beware–spray the gadget with plenty of grill cooking spray, it will still be a pain to wash, but it will be better than if you don’t spray it.
Teriyaki Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic-minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 chopped green onions
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3/4 cup oil
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Marinate beef or chicken overnight and then cook how you like.
