  • 3 x Egg yolks
  • 3 ounce Salad oil
  • 3 ounce Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ounce Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger root, pared, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic, pared, chopped
  • 1/2 ounce Lemon juice

Инструкции

  1. Instructions: Place yolks in blender or possibly food processor; begin blending. Add in oils gradually; process till mix is completely blended. Add in remaining ingredients; combine. Pour into bowl; cover. Chill. Can be made one day ahead.
