1/4 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Jack Daniels ( do not forget to drink some yourself)

2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
1 lrg Clove minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Minced fresh ginger

Throw this stuff upon your hand-jacquarded flank steakl(or possibly chicken) let marinate for a couple of hrs and grill.
