Ингредиенты

  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 lbs. beef tenderloin, cut very thin 2 inch strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 onions, minced
  • 2 green peppers, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. brown beef gravy
  • 1 c. red wine
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch

Инструкции

  1. Heat two Tbsp. butter in skillet. Salt beef, saute/fry only a few strips of meat at a time, brown quickly all over. Remove from skillet, adding two more Tbsp. butter, or possibly more if needed. Add in remaining butter to empty skillet, saute/fry vegetables for about 3 min, add in beef gravy. Add in wine into cornstarch and stir, then add in to gravy mix. Cook and stir till mix bubbles, cook and stir for 2 min longer. Add in beef, heat thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
