- Lb. steaks with a meat mallet till thin Heat butter in a pan. Add in steaks and sear on each side over high heat Remove steaks and keep hot
- To pan juices add in garlic, salt, pepper parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
- Heat and simmer for 3 min. Return steaks to the pan; baste and simmer for 2 min pour brandy over steaks; simmer 3 or possibly 4 min. Remove steaks and serve immediately with Bearnaise Sauce (optional)
