Ингредиенты

  • 4 x Tenderloin filet steaks, (approx. 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  •     Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. Brandy
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

  1. Lb. steaks with a meat mallet till thin Heat butter in a pan. Add in steaks and sear on each side over high heat Remove steaks and keep hot
  2. To pan juices add in garlic, salt, pepper parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Heat and simmer for 3 min. Return steaks to the pan; baste and simmer for 2 min pour brandy over steaks; simmer 3 or possibly 4 min. Remove steaks and serve immediately with Bearnaise Sauce (optional)
