.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99ve%20never%20made%20a%20blondie%20before%20(forgive%20me),%20but%20I%20was%20really%20impressed%20with%20these.%20I%E2%80%99m%20even%20thinking%20that%20subbing%20cocoa%20powder%20next%20time%20would%20make%20the%20perfect%20brownie!%20So,%20in%20honor%20of%20TCU%E2%80%99s%2012-0%20season%20and%20%234%20position%20in%20the%20BCS%20rankings%20(so%20far!),%20I%20made%20these%20Peanut%20Butter%20Blondies%20(with%20purple%20M&Ms!)%20to%20enjoy%20during%20the%20selection%20show.%20I%E2%80%99ll%20be%20watching%20with%20crossed%20fingers%20and%20toes%20and%20hoping%20that%20the%20BCS%20selection%20committee%20will%20extend%20a%20nice%20little%20bid%20to%20the%20Horned%20Frogs%20this%20evening.%20Thank%20you%20to%20Gary%20Patterson%20and%20the%20Frogs%20for%20such%20an%20amazing%20and%20exciting%20season!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%E2%80%9CRiff%20Ram,%20Bah%20Zoo%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELickety%20Lickety,%20Zoo%20Zoo%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHoo%20Wah,%20Wah%20Hoo%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGive%20%E2%80%98em%20Hell,%20TCU!!%E2%80%9D%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETCU%20Peanut%20Butter%20Blondies%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees%20F.%20Lightly%20butter%20and%20flour%20an%208X8%20pan.%20In%20a%20medium%20microwave-safe%20mixing%20bowl%20melt%20the%20butter%20for%2020-30%20seconds%20until%20almost%20all%20of%20it%20is%20melted.%20Allow%20to%20cool%20for%205%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStir%20the%20peanut%20butter%20into%20the%20butter%20until%20creamy%20and%20smooth.%20Add%20the%20brown%20sugar%20to%20the%20butter/peanut%20butter%20and%20stir%20until%20smooth.%20Add%20the%20egg%20and%20vanilla%20and%20stir%20to%20combine.%20Add%20the%20flour,%20baking%20powder%20and%20salt%20to%20the%20peanut%20butter%20mixture%20and%20stir%20until%20the%20flour%20is%20almost%20completely%20incorporated.%20Gently%20fold%20in%20the%20plain%20M&Ms%20and%201/4%20cup%20of%20the%20peanut%20M&Ms.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20into%20the%20pan%20and%20spread%20evenly.%20Distribute%20the%20remaining%201/4%20cup%20of%20peanut%20M&Ms%20on%20top%20and%20gently%20press%20them%20into%20the%20mixture.%20Bake%20for%2020-30%20minutes%20or%20until%20a%20toothpick%20comes%20out%20clean.%20Allow%20to%20cool%20completely%20on%20a%20wire%20rack.%20Cut%20into%20squares%20and%20serve.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%E2%80%9CAll%20we%20want%20for%20Christmas%20is%20a%20BCS%20bid!!%E2%80%9D%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBCS,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBlondies,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Echocolate,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Edessert,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efootball,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFrogs,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Epeanut%20butter,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Epurple,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETCU%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
