- Mix all ingredients in a big bowl.
- Make sure that the beef is well coated.
- Place in a food container with cover. Do not use stainless steel containers as the vinegar will have acidic reaction.
- Put in the fridge overnight to let the marinade seep and cure the meat. Do not place in the freezer.
- 24hrs to 2days is best.
- When cooking, use canola oit to fry and stir fry the beef. 10mins should be enough to cook them.
- Serve with fried rice, poached eggs, and achara.
