  • 1 1/2 c. lemon-lime soda
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp horseradish pwdr
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Honeysuckle White Turkey breast butterflied
  •     tenderloins
  • 4 x fresh rolls (optional)

Инструкции

  1. In self-closing plastic bag combine soda, soy sauce, oil, horseradish pwdr, and garlic pwdr. Add in turkey. Seal bag and chill at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Preheat grill for direct-heat grilling. Remove turkey from plastic bag; throw away marinade. Grill turkey 5-6 min per side or possibly till meat is no longer pink in the center. Serve turkey on rolls, if you like.
