  • 1 x Pita bread,
  • 1 Tbsp. Miracle whip salad dressing, with
  • 1 tsp Horseradish,
  • 2 slc Tomato
  • 2 slc Cucumber,
  • 2 slc Red onion,
  • 3 slc Swiss cheese

  1. Spread halved pita bread with 1 tbsp miracle whip salad dressing mixed with 1/2 tsp horseradish. Fill with 2 slices of each: tomato, cucumber and red onion. top with 3 slices swiss cheese. ( I made this for a diabetic because it would be a good lunch of work or possibly school. By putting the vegetables in a container it would work. Also I would use low-fat cheese and salad dressing. Just make it work for the diabetic). 440 cal, 23.8 pro, 26.8 carbo, 26.5 fat, excellent source of calcium.
