Рецепт Tandoori Mushroom
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 1 cup
- Corn Flour – 1 tblsp
- Skim Milk – 1/4 cup
- Plain Curd – 1 tblsp
- Kasoori Methi – 1 tblsp
- Salt as per taste
- To Grind:
- Dry Red Chillies – 4
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Ginger – 2 inch piece
- Coriander Powder – 1 tblsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tblsp
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Grind all the ingredients given for grinding to a smooth paste.
2. Keep aside until required.
3. Add corn flour to milk and mix well.
4. Blanch the mushrooms in hot water and drain well.
5. Heat a nonstick pan over medium flame.
6. Add the ground paste, little water and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
7. Add kasoori methi, mushrooms, corn flour mixture, curd and salt.
8. Stir to mix well.
9. When the moisture has almost evaporated, remove from flame and transfer to a serving dish.
10. Serve with chapati or pulao.
