2 1/2 c. cool water 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr

1 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook till quite thick and stiff, about 10 min, stirring frequently. Set aside 3/4 c.. Line sides and bottom of 1 1/2 qt casserole with the rest of the mix.
