Ингредиенты

1 tbsp. shortening 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 can tomato soup 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 lg. green peppers, minced 1 pkg. cornbread mix

1 med. onion, minced 1 pound grnd beef 2 teaspoon chili pwdr 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 can (12 ounce.) whole kernel corn

Инструкции

1. Heat shortening in large frying pan. Add in onions and garlic; saute/fry 5 min. Add in beef and brown. Stir in soup, chili pwdr, salt and paprika. Heat to boiling. Arrange peppers in circle in center of ungreased baking pan. Spoon corn into ring. Spoon meat mix into pan around ring. Spoon prepared cornbread mix over all. Bake till golden in 400 degree oven for about 30 min.
