Ингредиенты

  • 2 can Anchovies, (oil & all)
  • 1 head of garlic, (not clove, head)
  • 2 x Large eggs, (yolks & all, not the shell)
  •     A couple good dashes of Tobassco, (or possibly similar type warm sauce)
  •     A couple good dashes of Worchester sauce
  •     Lemon juice, (2 lemons worth)
  • 2 Tbsp. Warm mustard, (the dry stuff)

  1. Throw the following into an industrial blender:
  2. Turn on the blender and start filling it up with extra virgin olive oil (which's why ya need an industrial Binford type blender).
  3. Makes about a qt, goes a longway. I keep it in a pickle jar and it last a while... and never has which salmanilla stuff either. (Garlic kills it!)
