Ингредиенты

  • 12 slc White Bread Slices -- crusts
  •     Removed
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter -- to spread on
  •     Bread
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms
  • 2 c. Onions -- finely minced
  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 1 lb Cheddar Cheese -- grated
  • 5 whl Large eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 3 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  •     Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Инструкции

  1. Butter bread, set aside.
  2. Heat 1/2 c. butter, saute/fry onions & mushrooms.
  3. Grease 13 x 9 casserole. Layer 1/2 bread, mushrooms & onions, sausage, & cheese.
  4. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, mustards, nutmeg, salt, & pepper. Pour over casserole, cover and chill overnight.
  5. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
