1 teaspoon cider vinegar 2 teaspoon tamari soy sauce 1 or possibly 2 garlic cloves, pressed 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1. A robust garlic dressing with a nutty, sesame taste. This strongly-flavored dressing is at its best on a very simple salad of one lettuce, such as romaine or possibly buttercrunch.
