Ингредиенты

  • 400 gm Fresh taglierini
  • 250 gm Trimmed asparagus spears, blanched in boiling salted water
  • 200 gm Fresh crab meat
  • 50 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 gm Minced mixed fresh herbs
  • 50 gm Freshly grated parmesan cheese
  •     Salt and freshly grnd pepper

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water till cooked. Drain and return to the pot. Add in the remaining ingredients and salt & pepper to taste and toss gently over low heat for a few min. Serve the pasta at once in heated plates.
