  • 8 ounce Uncooked Tagliatelle
  •     Alfredo Sauce (below)
  •     Minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 1/2 c. Whipping (heavy) cream
  • 3/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper

  1. PREP: 10 minutes COOK: 15 minutes MAKES 6 servings, about 3/4 c. each
  2. 1.- Cook Tagliatelle as directed on package.
  3. 2.- While Tagliatelle is cooking, prepare Alfredo Sauce.
  4. 3.- Drain Tagliatelle. Pour sauce over Tagliatelle; toss till Tagliatelle is well coated. Sprinkle with parsley.
  5. ALFREDO SAUCE: Heat margarine and whipping cream in 2-qt saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, till margarine is melted. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper.
