  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 1 pkt Taco Mix
  • 3/4 c. water
  •     Taco Shells
  •     grated Cheddar cheese
  •     minced fresh tomatoes
  •     finely shredded lettuce

Инструкции

  1. Cook grnd beef in skillet till browned; drain off excess fat. Add in Taco Mix and water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook uncovered 10 min, stirring once or possibly twice till liquid is reduced. Spoon 2 Tbs. beef mix into each taco shell; top beef with cheese, tomatoes and lettuce.
  2. Makes 8 - 10 tacos.
  3. HANDITIP: If your markets don't have taco shells (crisp tortilla pockets), serve beef mix on corn chips and top with cheese and vegetables.
