2 pound lean grnd meat 1 onion, minced 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies 3 (16 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes 1 can yellow hominy with red and green bell peppers 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing

1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix Fritos or possibly tortilla chips, broken Shredded cheese

1. Brown meat and drain. In large stew pot combine meat and next 8 ingredients. Let it heat and simmer for 30 min. Top with chips and cheese. May also add in avocado chunks, if you like.
