Ingredients
- 2 quarts (64 oz)
- tomato juice
- 3 c (10 3/4 oz)
- tomato soup

- empty soup cans water
- 1 c (28 oz)
- diced tomatoes
- 1 c (10 oz)
- diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 c (15 oz)
- black beans, drained
- 1 c (15.5 oz)
- dark red kidney beans, drained
- 1 c (27 oz)
- chili beans in mild chili sauce
- 1/2 c (16 oz)
- pinto beans, drained
- 2 T
- chili powder
- 2 T
- brown sugar
- 1 T
- garlic powder
- 1 pkg. (1.25 oz)
- taco seasoning mix
- salt and pepper
to taste

poblano pepper, roasted and chopped

ground beef, cooked and drained
8 oz.
cavatappi macaroni, cooked according to pkg. directions, drained
shredded cheddar cheese, for garnish
sour cream, for garnish
taco sauce, for garnish
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large soup kettle. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 2-4 hours.
To serve: place cavatappi noodles in soup bowl, top with ground beef, ladle with soup mixture
Top with; shredded cheese, dollop of sour cream and drizzle with taco sauce.
Note: To roast pepper(s) in oven; Heat oven to 425, place pepper(s) on oven rack, pierce with a sharp knife, roast until pepper(s) is charred, turning pepper(s) often, remove from oven, place in paper bag, let steam 15 mins. Chop
