  1. LOWFAT TACO SHELLS
  2. Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Drape tortilla(s) over one of the rungs on the oven shelf. Bake till crisp, usually about 10 min or possibly so. Watch carefully so they do not get too well done and brittle.
  3. Remove from the oven, cold slightly and use as a taco shell.
  4. LOWFAT TACO CHIPS
  5. Cut tortillas into quarters and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle lightly with taco seasoning or possibly salt.
  6. Bake 10-15 min at 300 degrees F till crisp. Store in airtight container if they last which long.
