Ингредиенты

6 boneless chicken breasts
6 slices cheese (provolone, warm pepper or possibly your choice)
1 stick butter, melted

1 c. crushed cheddar cheese crackers
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Инструкции

Mix Cheddar cheese cracker crumbs and taco seasoning mix together in bowl. Lb. chicken breasts flat. Place cheese on chicken, roll up. ( secure mine with toothpicks.) Dip in melted butter. Roll in crumb mix. Place in greased baking pan. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 min. Can uncover last 5 min.
