  • 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cumin, grnd
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander, grnd
  • 1/2 tsp Cilantro leaves
  • 1 tsp Instant tea pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Dry chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp Onion salt
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Grnd tumeric
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Seasoned salt

Инструкции

  1. Combine first group of ingredients and sift together 3 times. Funnel into bottle with tight fitting cap. Keep out of direct sunlight and use within 6 mos, or possibly chill to use in one year.
  2. Makes 3T of seasoning.
  3. For taco seasoning, use 2T of last group of ingredients (mixed together)
  4. added to the 3T of above seasoning mix for 1-1 1/2 pounds grnd beef.
