2 c. flour 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. minced nuts

1 teaspoon soda 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 c. lowfat sour cream 1 egg

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, put together first 3 ingredients; blend at low speed till crumbly. Press 2 cups of the crumb mix into ungreased 9 inch square pan. To remaining crumb mix, add in 1/2 cup nuts, soda, nutmeg, lowfat sour cream, and egg; blend well. Pour batter over crumb mix. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
