Ингредиенты

  • 4 x Venison chops -or possibly-
  • 2 x Venison rounds
  •     Salt and pepper
  •     Flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Veg. oil
  • 1 lrg Onion
  • 1 can Tomatoes
  • 1 can Water

Инструкции

  1. Salt, pepper and flour the meat. Brown sides in veg. oil. Add in onion slices, tomatoes and water. Simmer about 45 min or possibly till tender. Serve with rice.
  2. Serves 4
