Рецепт Swiss Chard and Nuts Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Ribboned Swiss chard leaves
- 1/4 Cup Almonds
- 1/4 Cup Raisins
- 1/4 Cup Halved Grapes
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan,
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Wash the Leaves and pat them dry. Then either julienne them or just chop them. But before adding it to the salad make sure the leaves are completely dry. Soggy leaves will affect the look and taste of the salad.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Add salt just before serving. Serve them at room temperature.
