Ингредиенты

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies - chocolate cream, ground
  • 1.5 quart frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies - chocolate cream, ground

Инструкции

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt & cookies.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Filling: Spread frozen vanilla yogurt over crust. Freeze until needed.
  5. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine evaporated milk, chocolate chips, & salt until melted and creamy. Set aside.
  6. Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk & lemon juice. Combine with chocolate chip mixture.
  7. Spread over frozen yogurt layer.
  8. Topping: Spread cool whip and Oreo cookies over filling layer.
  9. Freeze overnight.
  10. Decorate.
