Рецепт Sweet Soy Sauce Glazed Meatballs
I love going on adventures. Well, a World Market kind of adventure anyway. World Market I don’t always get that carried away, but $$$ later and I had a shopping bag filled with goodies.
I bought more flavored chocolates to test out and share with all of you.Remember when I used the Blood Orange chocolate in my honey banana bread. Everyone at work couldn’t stop eating it.
But, I stumbled across a Sweet Soy Sauce, and I knew that it was something I absolutely had to try. With my love of Asian-inspired cuisine I knew that it would be a big hit. So I came up with this sweet soy glazed meatball recipe. It is very similar to my teriyaki glazed meatballs, but the result is a sweet sticky savory meatball.

Move over Italy, I think I got you beat with this one. Even Mel said that is was better than any Italian meatball she ever tasted.
So next time you are trying to come up with a new recipe using ground beef, remember this one. Oh, if you don’t do ground beef, try ground turkey, or veal, or pork.
I wonder what else I can sweet soy glaze?
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
