Ингредиенты

  • 3 pound hamburger
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 grated onion
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 2 cans tomato sauce (med. size)
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 jar marimara sauce
  • 1 jar grape jelly
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 pcs sour salt (citric acid), if available

Инструкции

  1. Prepare sauce:1. Saute minced onion, put together with other sauce ingredients.
  2. Simmer sauce over low heat for 1 hour.
  3. Prepare meatballs:
  4. Put together hamburger, bread crumbs, grated onion, salt and pepper.
  5. Shape small meatballs; brown under broiler. Simmer meatballs in sauce for 1 hour.
