Sweet, Salty and Spicy Hot Cocoa

Serves: 4
- ½ cup Malted Milk Powder
- ⅛ cup Special Dark Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cup Milk Chocolate Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 11/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1½ teaspoons Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 3 Cups Water
- Whipped Cream, for garnish (optional)
- Sea Salt Chocolate, for garnish (optional)
- Dash of Cayenne or Cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Combine all of the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
Stir for 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
Pour into your favorite mug.
Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate, and cayenne. Optional

I have to say that I am so so glad that I am over being sick. It was difficult to make the decision to postpone Thanksgiving until I was well enough to cook for everyone.
One thing that I was extremely thankful for in the end, was the opportunity to sit down after a long day of cooking and curl up on the couch with this incredibly delicious hot cocoa that has all the different tastes in one single sip.
