Ингредиенты

2 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. lowfat milk
3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. minced nuts
2 x Large eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 stk oleo, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed

Инструкции

Combine sweet potatoes, Large eggs, lowfat milk and cinnamon. Mix well and pour into greased 2-qt casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread over sweet potato mix. Bake an additional 10 min.
