Sweet Potato Mash with Bacon

Great side dish to any Holiday Meal!

Ингредиенты

  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 4 slices cooked bacon (chopped)

Инструкции

  1. Prick several holes (with a fork) into the sweet potatoes, layer between paper towels in the microwave and cook 12 minutes (or until tender, (remove skin) and place into a large mixing bowl, add butter, and mash the sweet potatoes, add cinnamon and nutmeg (fold together) transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with cooked bacon pieces
  2. Yum!
