Ингредиенты

  • 2 stk margarine, minus 1 Tbsp.
  • 4 Tbsp. Confectioner's sugar
  • 2 c. Sifted flour
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Water
  • 1/2 c. Sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 1 c. Pecans, minced
  •     Confectioner's sugar

Инструкции

  1. Cream margarine with sugar; add in flour, vanilla, water, potatoes and pecans.
  2. Mix well. Roll pinches of dough into small oblong rolls. Bake on cookie sheet in 300F oven for 30 min. Let cold completely and roll in confectioners' sugar.
