  • 4 med sweet potatoes
  •     peeled and sliced 1/4" thick
  • 6 Tbsp. frzn pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter or possibly margarine

Инструкции

  1. PREHEAT OVEN to 400 F. Lightly oil a 10- by 12-inch ovenproof dish.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients till well coated. Layer slices in dish. Cover with foil and bake till tender, 25 to 30 min. Serve hot.
